About Me...
I grew up in Fern Creek just north of Mt. Washington. I graduated from DuPont Manual High School's Math, Science, & Technology Program (Go Rams!) and went to Centre College in Danville, KY where I majored in Government, Religion, & Spanish language.

After college, I moved to New Orleans, Louisiana (as part of the Teach For America program) to help that city recover from Hurricane Katrina. After 3 years, I moved to Washington, D.C. but eventually ended up back home to be near my family.
|
I began teaching Science at Hebron Middle School in 2012 before being selected to help launch The Discovery School, and I've remained with the program ever since!
My incredible wife, Stephanie, and I have one son named Rowan (plus a yappy, little Chihuahua mix named Reese). When I get the chance, I love to travel, and have visited a number of countries throughout Latin America and Europe. I even love to take students on international trips abroad, so stay tuned for future foreign travel opportunities! |
